Sales Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Administer accounts, contracts, and orders from opportunity support and approvals through fulfillment and billing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Legal on asset portfolios, billing corrections, credits, and rebills.
• Research and resolve operational and billing issues in line with applicable guidelines and SOX controls.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities and process requirements to junior colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Manage client billing inquiries through resolution and maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least two years of experience in sales support, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or comparable business management systems, such as Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global, matrixed environment.
• Clear communication and experience collaborating with internal business groups, client-facing teams, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SOX requirements or business controls environments.
• Experience working with global teams and in cross-border collaboration.
