Manager, Channel Distribution Manager (FinTech): Leading distributor work processes, territory strategies, sales performance, and channel growth initiatives for GCash in the assigned regional territory with an accent on distributor partnerships, trade operations, and KPI delivery. Focus on managing distributor business plans, analyzing market and channel performance, developing sales personnel, and driving active outlets, GTV, and cash-in/cash-out volume across Leyte/Samar.
Location: Regional – Tacloban; must be willing to be assigned in Leyte/Samar and perform field work and travel within the assigned territory.

What you will do
- Lead the Distributor Core Work Process for the assigned territory.
- Build and manage distributor partnerships aligned with sales objectives, KPIs, and business priorities.
- Develop territory strategies, business plans, growth programs, and weekly KPI targets.
- Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, operational concerns, and channel metrics including active outlets, newly onboarded outlets, transacting outlets, GTV, and cash-in/cash-out volume.
- Provide guidance across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Distribution to improve sales operations and channel performance.
- Prepare business reviews, operations meetings, performance reports, and market analyses; manage budgets and develop distributor sales personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, FinTech, or a related industry, particularly in Sales and Distributor Management.
- Understanding of distributor management, trade operations, and sales channel development.
- Experience in P&L management, distributor trade terms, and budget management.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to perform hands-on field work, travel within the assigned territory, and be assigned in Leyte/Samar.
