Principal Technical Program Manager

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $238,000–$322,000 per year, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global Builder’s end-to-end path to general availability, including Alpha development, the QuickBooks Connect launch, beta expansion, and the initial GA ramp.
• Drive the Credit Karma Developer Ecosystem infrastructure integration program across approximately 69 applications and multiple onboarding and interoperability tracks.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, RAID items, prioritization, risk, compliance, procurement, and UAT gates through final outcomes.
• Align Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and external partner teams on scope, success criteria, and priorities.
• Establish dashboards, standards, operating mechanisms, and communication practices for portfolio progress, risks, issues, and executive escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and influence program outcomes in line with technical and business strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading multiple complex software development projects and multi-organization programs.
• Strong program leadership and influencing skills in matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to align executive teams, rally stakeholders behind execution plans, and communicate complex challenges and opportunities clearly.
• Experience driving outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments while balancing date-driven business goals with development prioritization.
