Software Product Management Senior Associate

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; four days per week onsite. Standard work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Standardize program management practices across the Data Platform & Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement operating models and reporting standards.
• Maintain program artifacts, commitments, risks, issues, dependencies, and project information for auditability.
• Use Jira for iteration and quarterly planning across multiple product teams.
• Validate Epics, estimates, scope changes, and evolving requirements.
• Investigate Jira billing discrepancies and support financial tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Project Management experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Dearborn four days per week during standard business hours.

Nice to have

• Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior software development experience.
