Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and the sales process for enterprise accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify critical business needs and connect them to platform capabilities.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations for customer use cases.
• Run proof-of-concept workshops that demonstrate value in the customer’s context.
• Coordinate specialist, product, partner, and customer success teams on complex, multi-product opportunities.
• Develop multi-year technology visions and roadmaps while representing customer insights to product management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or business transformation, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning technical sales processes, including account strategy, discovery, demonstrations, solution roadmaps, and technical validation.
• Strong value-based selling, storytelling, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, generative AI, agentic frameworks, machine learning, and data integration.
• Experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, or Sales Performance is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is an asset.
