Talent Programs Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC.

Salary: $140K–$165K annually.

hirify.global is building an AI infrastructure layer for new computing workloads and is scaling rapidly after a Series C funding round.

What you will do

• Own the talent events strategy, including meetups, recruiting mixers, technical talks, and community events from concept through follow-up.
• Design and run the internship program, including recruiting timelines, project scoping, mentorship matching, and conversion.
• Represent hirify.global at career fairs and campus events and prepare employee brand ambassadors.
• Build relationships with universities, bootcamps, and community organizations to develop the recruiting pipeline.
• Manage program budgets, vendors, venues, catering, swag, and event platforms.
• Track event pipeline conversion, intern conversion rates, and cost per hire from talent programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running recruiting or talent programs, events, or university relations.
• Experience owning programs end to end, including budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage concurrent events and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence representing the company externally.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing.
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC and able to work in the office.
