Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with in-office work 3 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$230,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams, with AI agents supporting account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Build and nurture pipelines of technical talent for current and future opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, machine learning engineering, product, and data science roles.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Program-manage university recruiting events and maintain recruiting metrics for leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, product, and/or data science roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including machine learning, DevOps, and frontend/backend development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
