Material Handling Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Dyersburg, Tennessee, United States; onsite at the Dyersburg facility

Builds liquid cooling and large-scale air cooling systems for modern data centers, including AI and hyperscale environments, with the support of Madison Air.

What you will do

• Coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, inventory movements, and timely material delivery to production.
• Provide daily direction, training, and hands-on support to material handlers.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain material traceability in the Syteline CSI ERP system.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy resolution, and warehouse performance tracking.
• Coordinate packaging, crating, and shipment preparation for customer orders, replacement parts, and internal transfers.
• Maintain safe warehouse operations, 5S standards, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in supply chain, business, operations management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, inventory accuracy, and ERP or inventory management systems; Syteline CSI experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, scissor lifts, or other material handling equipment, with knowledge of safe rigging, lifting, and crane operation.
• Ability to train and coach employees, coordinate across production and supply chain functions, and communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a lead, coordinator, trainer, or informal team leader.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement methods, and warehouse best practices.
• Associate degree in a relevant business, logistics, operations, or supply chain discipline.
