What you will do

  • Create and maintain demand plans from product inception through discontinuity across multiple product lines and business units.
  • Build an 18-month consensus forecast using promotional plans, shipment history, distribution changes, competitive information, and marketing plans.
  • Maintain forecasting data, including hierarchies, historical data cleansing, demand shaping, and model parameters.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial and Business Units, National Account Managers, Supply Planning, and IT on demand planning and SAP IBP implementation.
  • Track forecast accuracy and business performance metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and lead corrective actions toward KPI targets.
  • Support new product launches, obsolescence, product transitions, process improvements, and demand evolution through Sales & Operation Execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting, or business analytics.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including statistical forecasting, market analytics, scenario planning, and forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, change management, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle complex issues independently, and make sound decisions in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at the Kennewick, Washington office.
