What you will do

• Lead the development, performance, and daily supervision of mortgage advisor sales agents.
• Coach and motivate advisors while holding them accountable for KPIs, sales goals, activity standards, and quality thresholds.
• Partner with the Director of Sales to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain sales and activity records and develop internal relationships with supporting teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, business ethics, regulatory requirements, underwriting guidelines, and lender requirements.
• Delegate responsibilities and lead training, performance feedback, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of experience actively leading a mortgage team in a call center environment.
• Active NMLS registration and an active mortgage license as required.
• Eligibility to complete required state and federal MLO licensing, testing, education, and background checks.
• Strong mortgage sales process knowledge, communication skills, coaching ability, and understanding of underwriting guidelines and lender requirements.
