Sales Manager (Mortgage)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, at 8400 Normandale Lake Blvd. Ste 936

Salary: $11.50 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly commissions.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and motivate a professional mortgage sales team under the Branch Manager.
• Support loan originators in structuring loan programs and evaluating borrower applications, credit, risks, and product suitability.
• Generate referral business and leads through relationships with clients, past clients, real estate professionals, and the local community.
• Train new hires and participate in marketing, sales, and mortgage scenario training.
• Ensure branch activities follow mortgage lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with loan processing and underwriting to obtain documentation and close loans.

Requirements

• At least five years of mortgage banking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet all NMLS requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication, telephone etiquette, and time-management skills.
• Self-starter with a motivated and energetic approach.
