Sales Associate (Auto Loans)

What you will do

• Handle outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from prospective auto-loan customers.
• Process applications and close secured title and auto loans through dealership partners.
• Communicate with dealers, merchants, customers, and internal partners to resolve escalated situations.
• Support collateral swaps, purchase-loan unwinding, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
• Market and sell lending products while delivering strong customer service and meeting processing goals.
• Read credit bureau reports, maintain lending-product knowledge, and support compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet or exceed application-processing goals with a sense of urgency.
• Strong judgment, discretion, multitasking, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in West Valley City, Utah.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or a call-center environment.
• Basic understanding of credit or personal-finance concepts.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
