What you will do

• Manage lead follow-ups and schedule initial consultations for Mortgage Advisors.
• Collect and verify borrower financial information and employment history.
• Request, review, and organize loan documentation to ensure file completeness.
• Provide status updates to referral partners throughout the pre-approval process.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and borrower interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate the Mortgage Advisor's calendar and communications.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance coursework is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability.
