Marketing Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Help develop and execute strategic marketing and positioning plans.
• Create marketing packages, brochures, reports, presentations, websites, landing pages, advertisements, and social media content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support marketing technologies including virtual tours, marketing automation, web analytics, and reporting.
• Manage content across commercial real estate and social media platforms.
• Coordinate information for press releases and support client and networking events.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Dallas, Texas, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Expert-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Three years of experience providing marketing support to a professional team, or at least two years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, organization, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing.
