Client Services Coordinator, Retail Investments

What you will do

• Create marketing packages, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, market reports, and other presentation materials.
• Produce print and digital collateral for listings, the team, market reports, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collect and analyze marketing intelligence, including demographics, traffic counts, Placer.ai insights, location attributes, and local or regional value drivers.
• Coordinate transactions by tracking critical dates, updating clients and colleagues, and maintaining the deal pipeline.
• Manage listing agreements, vouchers, documentation, printing, and packaging of marketing materials.
• Attend local business and industry events, participate in client meetings, and build knowledge of the local marketplace.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of marketing, graphic design, or administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, including InDesign, is required.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, LoopNet, Real Capital Markets, and Rever.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong initiative, time management, prioritization, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in sales, legal, architectural, construction, or related fields.
