What you will do

• Align marketing strategies with business-unit and local-market goals.
• Create and deploy customer-facing and internal communications, campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams, management, sponsorships, and business development events.
• Analyze campaign performance, report metrics, monitor budgets, and evaluate ROI where possible.
• Use customer data to implement initiatives that improve the customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between business-unit leadership and corporate marketing while building consensus across partners.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, critical-thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Ability to interpret business, financial, legal, and regulatory documents and write reports and procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and ability to present to senior leadership and groups.
