Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist (Student Housing)

Location: University Pointe at College Station, Portland, OR; onsite

What you will do

• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing, customer service, and leasing execution.
• Manage prospect appointments, leads, property tours, follow-up, showrooms, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain leasing data, reporting, digital listings, websites, and required administrative records.
• Plan and deliver lease-up events, renewal events, resident programs, orientations, housing fairs, and open houses.
• Create social media content and execute traditional, digital, and social marketing strategies.
• Coordinate room assignments and roommate matching while developing relationships with universities, local businesses, and community leaders.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience reading and interpreting business correspondence and leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Portland, Oregon.
• Availability for a possible on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in student housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Social media experience.
