What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, crating, packaging, and related logistics services.
• Lead sourcing events, RFx processes, supplier capability assessments, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and rate optimization.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance reporting, SLA measurement, and continuous improvement programs.
• Identify supply and capacity risks, analyze market drivers, and prepare mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, and global supply-base stakeholders.
• Drive cost, quality, margin, and performance improvement initiatives across the logistics supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience evaluating and managing suppliers in supply chain, sourcing, consulting, or operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international transportation, warehousing, crating, and packaging operations.
• Strong commercial negotiation, project management, leadership, problem-solving, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or NAPM/APICS certification.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with Coupa Sourcing or a similar sourcing optimization tool.
