Dental Network Content Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees from U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Maine are not hired. A dedicated home workspace, wired high-speed internet with minimum 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, and latency below 80 ms are required. Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not allowed.

Salary: $69,305–$87,675 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary is $97,695 USD.

What you will do

• Oversee content strategy, development, publishing, and maintenance for the Connection Dental Network website.
• Create, coordinate, and distribute the quarterly provider newsletter.
• Develop marketing and administrative collateral for provider acquisition and administration.
• Design, administer, and analyze provider surveys to measure satisfaction and inform network improvements.
• Monitor website analytics and newsletter engagement to optimize content and report performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, member and provider experience teams, dental network staff, leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, health administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or dental networks.
• Experience with website content management systems, newsletter platforms, and content analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear content and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Must maintain a dedicated home workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information and meet the specified wired internet requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with dental or healthcare terminology and provider communications.
• Experience with 508 Compliance, HIPAA, and PHI governance.
