Senior Content Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Drive content design for product features and user journeys across web, mobile, apps, and emerging digital surfaces.
• Use research, analytics, content audits, inventories, and touchpoint mapping to guide content decisions.
• Plan and execute content through discovery, creation, review, approval, QA, launch, and optimization.
• Simplify complex and regulated healthcare information into clear, accessible UI content, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences.
• Contribute to information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, content systems, guidelines, and reusable patterns.
• Partner with product management, product design, research, engineering, legal, and compliance to improve content quality and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex or regulated information.
• Experience conducting content audits and research and developing data-informed content strategies.
• Understanding of information architecture, taxonomies, content models, findability, accessibility, and brand or style standards.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and owning content from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization practices.
• Experience contributing to guidelines, templates, or governance processes.
