Project Coordinator (New Fragrance Launches)

Location: Somerset, NJ; in person 5 days a week

Subscription-based fragrance brands offering designer scents and related fragrance products through a digital commerce platform.

What you will do

• Track bottle samples, brand assets, logos, copy, and other launch information.
• Organize assets and copy in Jira tickets for packaging card and label creation.
• Review cards, labels, 2D codes, and QR codes for accuracy against source documentation.
• Coordinate edits and approvals with packaging designers and brand partners.
• Facilitate multilingual translation of card copy and fragrance notes through a third-party agency.
• Communicate launch timelines, issues, and status updates to the Project Manager and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication skills for working with brand partners.
• Strong command of English, including proofreading and error detection.
• Process-oriented approach.
• Collaborative, personable, empathetic, and organized working style.
• Ability to work in person 5 days a week in Somerset, New Jersey.
