TL;DR
Delivery Coordinator (WordPress/Shopify): Coordinating website development projects, timelines, task assignments, and stakeholder communication with an accent on delivery visibility, process consistency, and risk identification. Focus on maintaining Asana and Kanban workflows, translating client requirements into actionable tasks, and supporting QA and process improvements across remote teams.
Location: Colombia; fully remote. Working hours: 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility.
Salary: USD 1,800–2,200 per month

Work with a US-based digital team specializing in WordPress and Shopify websites, e-commerce, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services.
What you will do
- Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain project boards, statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
- Coordinate task assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
- Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and delivery risks early.
- Translate client requests into actionable tasks and help collect content, approvals, access, and other project inputs.
- Support WordPress or Shopify updates, QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow adherence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
- Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to identify blockers, dependencies, missing information, and project risks while managing multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts and ability to work independently in a fully remote team.
