Paid Search Associate

Location: On-site at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States.

What you will do

• Manage Google search advertising campaigns across multiple product lines and business units.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize digital marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Evaluate, approve, and execute email campaigns while monitoring performance and managing lists.
• Prepare clear reports on paid search activities.
• Build in-depth knowledge of available marketing tactics within Google’s advertising programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience directly managing paid search programs or performing in-depth data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google AdWords.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• All positions are on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
