Manager, Google Ads

What you will do

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display.
• Own channel budgets and forecasts while managing CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution, turning findings into campaign improvements.
• Test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance or growth marketing experience with measurable results managing large budgets.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Fluent use of AI tools in daily work and comfort working with a high degree of ownership.
