Field Medical Excellence — Enterprise CF Systems & Enablement (AI)

Location: New York, NY or remote within the United States. Travel approximately 25–35% across the US and internationally, with occasional early morning or late afternoon calls for international time zones.

Salary: $176,600–$294,300 annual base salary, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead strategy, governance, deployment, and adoption of enterprise customer-facing medical platforms, including OneMed, Life Sciences Cloud, InsightXplorer, CLM, Medical Scout, and field medical dashboards.
• Coordinate the transition from OneMed to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud across US and international field medical teams, covering data migration, workflow continuity, access, content configuration, and change management.
• Support early pipeline and clinical development activities through platform requirements, AI tools, investigator and site engagement tracking, and insight gathering.
• Translate content engagement, reach, utilization, KPI, and dashboard data into recommendations for medical content and communication strategies.
• Lead Medical Scout roadmap, rollout, congress-based alerting, data validation, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal and external implementation partners.
• Design scalable implementation playbooks and SOPs while ensuring compliance, data integrity, access control, audit readiness, and sustained field adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, life science, or a related field; PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent terminal degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 7 years with a master’s degree, or 5 years with a PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal degree.
• Experience in field medical, MSL, FMD, or FMO operations and in leading enterprise CRM or customer-facing medical system deployments across multiple markets or business units.
• Working knowledge of AI applications in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings, including generative AI, prompt-based workflows, or AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, KPI, dashboard, communication, project management, change management, and pharmaceutical compliance capabilities.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global platforms such as OneMed, InsightXplorer, CLM, or Compass.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud architecture.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, learning design, early pipeline activities, medical content strategy, or agentic AI use cases.
