Principal Analyst - Customer Supp System (SAP)

Location: Orange, Connecticut, United States

Base salary: $116,640–$145,800 per year, dependent on experience and location.

What you will do

• Research billing-area requests and define business requirements for billing, bill printing, pricing, and rate and regulatory solutions.
• Develop and implement billing configuration models and SAP-based system enhancements.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, applications, and related systems.
• Coordinate development, testing, cutover to production, user acceptance testing, and end-user training with IT and vendors.
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service, business users, IT teams, and system vendors.
• Support regulatory filings and represent the company at regulatory meetings, committees, hearings, and industry events.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with business systems in a billing environment; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with billing system administration, operations, analysis, data retrieval, reporting, troubleshooting, and complex rate structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Research Methodology, Computer Science, Business, or another analytical discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively with billing teams, internal customers, IT, and system vendors.
• Experience leading billing-system introductions, enhancements, maintenance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
• Applicants must meet applicable US immigration requirements to work in the country of the vacancy.
