What you will do
- Conduct daily candidate interviews and provide a professional candidate experience.
- Plan and manage large group interview and induction sessions.
- Check onboarding documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Book confirmed workers onto start dates and coordinate shift and site allocation.
- Support candidates and workers on-site during peak activity.
- Work with recruitment and operations teams to meet staffing targets and escalate issues or compliance concerns.
Requirements
- Clear, confident communication with individuals and large groups.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Composure and a strong work ethic in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Teamwork skills and comfort with repetitive processes requiring attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar coordination role is desirable but not essential.
- Availability to work on-site in Rochdale, UK.
