Employee Relations Manager (HRBP)

Location: On-site five days per week in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, if within commuting distance, or at one of hirify.global’ main facilities in the United States. Travel is required as needed.

Salary: $115,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead employee relations intake, triage, investigations, resolution, and legally defensible documentation for U.S. business units.
• Conduct complex and high-risk workplace investigations and partner with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, Compensation, and business leadership.
• Coach leaders on performance management, progressive discipline, restructuring, terminations, and culturally competent people practices.
• Design and deliver manager training on performance coaching, difficult conversations, anti-harassment, and workplace policies.
• Track employee relations metrics, develop trend analyses, and launch prevention initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and risk mitigation.
• Support culture and engagement programs, employee resource groups, continuous improvement, and HRBP activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in employee relations involving complex investigations, sensitive situations, or labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Strong investigative, analytical, written reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior leaders, with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, if in the commutable area, or at a main hirify.global facility in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for training delivery, investigations, forums, or conferences.

Nice to have

• HRBP experience in a global or matrixed organization.
