Manufacturing Planner III (JARVIS)

Location: Space Coast, Florida; on-site, first shift Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What you will do

• Evaluate manufacturing schedules and coordinate the controlled flow of materials and services.
• Release and close shop orders in MRP, reconcile parts, and prepare work orders based on production schedules, shop load, and inventory requirements.
• Track work-in-progress, material availability, shortages, damage, nonconformances, and production-line velocity.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and program teams.
• Manage material movements, stock transfers, shipping requests, floor stock, material consumption, scrap, obsolete inventory, and cycle counts.
• Support manufacturing of tooling, prototypes, landing platforms, launch infrastructure, and related spaceflight components.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling, demand planning, or production planning.
• Experience with planning and scheduling activities, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with MES or MRP execution and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization, communication, decision-making, analytical, mathematical, and record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma, DFSS, Value Stream, and Kaizen.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee under export-control regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, or enterprise resource planning systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Experience working with manufacturing environments and production-floor safety requirements.
