Salary: $21.00–$24.34 per hour

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, styling, window displays, and product presentation according to hirify.global guidelines.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns, sale activities, signage, store navigation, fixtures, and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, customer flow, store layout, and sales performance indicators.
• Identify commercial opportunities and implement actions that support customer satisfaction, sales targets, store goals, and budgets.
• Coach, train, and develop store colleagues on visual merchandising, styling, commercial standards, and daily routines.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and sustainable sales-floor and back-of-house environments.

Requirements

• Fashion interest, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store environment.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration and team development.
