What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store environment.
• Manage the omnichannel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and department performance and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, coach, and develop employees, including succession planning.
• Maintain visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, fitting-room routines, checkout processes, and back-of-house standards.
• Oversee store procedures, in-store technology services, health and safety routines, and daily opening and closing.
