Salary: $74,000–$85,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead the full store team and deliver a consistent omni customer experience aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, create improvement plans, and optimize store profitability.
• Oversee customer service, loyalty app promotion, sustainability initiatives, checkout, returns, fitting rooms, and store maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and evaluate employees while managing succession planning, communication, and scheduling.
• Ensure visual merchandising, garment care, stock availability, price presentation, and clean sales-floor and back-of-house standards.
• Manage opening and closing routines, deliveries, garment flow, omni services, in-store technology, security, health and safety, and legal procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience with responsibility for others.
• Retail management and retail operations experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
• Confidence in coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Ponce, Puerto Rico store location.
