Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, USA; onsite store-based role

Salary: $67,400–$77,480 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead the complete omni-channel customer experience and ensure strong customer service throughout the store.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and performance results, creating plans to optimize revenue and profit.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, succession planning, and team scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, fitting room and checkout processes, maintenance, security, legal compliance, and administrative routines.
• Support in-store omni services and technology, including Click & Collect, Smart Store, and the Instore Care App.

Requirements

• Leadership experience with responsibility for developing and supporting others.
• Retail management and retail operations experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage statistics, sales goals, budgets, schedules, and operational standards.
