Visual Merchandising Production Specialist

Salary: $22.50–$32.50 per hour

What you will do

• Construct, install, finish, transport, and manage visual merchandising elements.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute production projects, including owning assigned projects from start to finish.
• Assist with all aspects of production work in a high-production environment.
• Research and resolve project and construction issues using appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with in-store teams, regional and corporate merchants, and store and general managers.
• Travel and work flexible schedules as required.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Proficiency with major power tools and knowledge of basic and advanced building techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with demonstrated analysis, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current driver's license and ability to drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb 12-foot ladders, wear a respirator when required, and follow personal and equipment safety requirements.
