What you will do

• Lead department operations and support an inclusive, collaborative store team.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, sales plans, budgets, and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, retain, and develop store employees.
• Monitor fashion trends, product knowledge, competitors, visual merchandising, and commercial presentation.
• Maintain stock levels, garment flow, fitting-room and checkout routines, price presentation, and store technology services.
• Ensure operational, administrative, health and safety, and legal procedures are followed, including daily store opening and closing.
