Strategy and Transformation Manager (Mortgage Banking)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; associated locations include Los Angeles, California and Jacksonville, Florida.

Salary: $141,830–$263,408 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Advise the EVP of Mortgage on strategic priorities, business decisions, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop strategic plans, frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for the Mortgage Division.
• Manage transformation projects, resources, timelines, budgets, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Build operational structures, performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven improvement plans.
• Coordinate alignment across Product, IT, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead change management, business readiness, training, communications, executive reporting, and board presentation preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within financial services, ideally mortgage or lending.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing or mentoring teams.
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management expertise, including Agile or Lean, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
