Manager, Program Management (Hybrid - NYC, Edgewood, NY or Newark, NJ)

Location: Hybrid — NYC, Edgewood, NY or Newark, NJ

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic and operational projects across GSMS from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Translate business objectives into integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, communicate progress and risks, document decisions, and drive accountability.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, scope, resources, and change control, escalating decisions when needed.
• Develop executive-level reporting covering status, risks, decisions, readiness, and performance measures.
• Coordinate change readiness, communications, adoption, implementation handoff, and closeout while coaching junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs through implementation and transition.
• Experience with project governance, integrated planning, risk and issue management, dependency management, and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting, decision framing, and facilitation.
• Proficiency with common project planning, collaboration, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Experience with organizational change management, adoption planning, transition to business-as-usual operations, and work with global teams, clients, or vendors.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or comparable project and change management certification or training.
