Materials Associate 1 (Manufacturing)

Location: Horn Lake, Mississippi, USA; on-site manufacturing role

What you will do

• Assist with manufacturing dock leveler and vehicle restraint product lines.
• Set up component parts securely using bolts, clamps, or tack welds.
• Support welding, assembly, and painting operations.
• Operate power screwdrivers, air tools, hammers, banding and testing equipment, and overhead cranes safely.
• Help maintain quality during production while following prescribed safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and operate small hand tools safely.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; all welding skill levels are considered.

Nice to have

• Previous painting, welding, or assembly experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
