Paint Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Tomah, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.53 per hour, with overtime when needed.

Manufactures outdoor power equipment for residential and commercial customers, including homeowners, contractors, sports fields, golf courses, and municipalities.

What you will do

• Prepare, hang, and remove parts, components, and assemblies from paint-line racks and fixtures.
• Ensure proper spacing, balance, alignment, and masking for complete coating coverage.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, cleanliness, and quality before and after painting.
• Load and unload the paint line and organize production workflow.
• Report shortages, defects, and quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures while using overhead hoists and electric hand tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand procedures, operator manuals, and safety manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General computer proficiency, including MS Office and company systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, twisting, and reaching.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
