Assembly Technician

What you will do

• Assemble complex prototype components and subassemblies with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify root causes.
• Perform advanced quality checks and tests on assembled prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and provide technical feedback.
• Assist with training Level 1 technicians while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in manual assembly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
