Production Associate I - D Shift (Filtration Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Timonium, Maryland, United States

Salary: $19.00/hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery and advanced production equipment.
• Assemble filtration products by weighing, measuring, and following detailed specifications.
• Perform quality checks and support product standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Up to one year of experience in heavy or industrial manufacturing, or related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery and assemble products.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, push, and pull for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience working with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and operations.
• Quality inspection experience.
