Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Longview or Tyler, Texas; onsite role

What you will do

• Manage an existing portfolio of property and casualty insurance clients.
• Network and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies and carriers.
• Complete policy documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor changes in insurance products, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Resolve client questions and complaints by phone and email.

Requirements

• Texas General Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with agency account management software such as Applied Epic or PL Rater.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time-management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, sit for extended periods, and provide extensive client support.
