Entry Level Sales Representative

Location: Orlando, FL; on-site field work in local neighborhoods

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods.
• Promote home remodeling products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver face-to-face brand awareness presentations focused on product quality and installation.
• Participate in regular training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
• Build experience for a future career in management or outside sales.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ambitious approach in a performance-driven environment.
• Confidence speaking publicly and interacting with people in person.
• Outgoing, well-spoken personality and openness to learning new skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
