Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee (Automotive)

Location: Nationwide, US; classroom training in Dayton, Ohio; overnight travel required 80–100% of the time during training

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction.
• Study dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills at Reynolds University.
• Shadow a Sales Mentor, observe sales processes, and assist with customer calls.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to build product knowledge.
• After training, relocate to an assigned territory and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Manage monthly and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
• Strong time management, customer relationship-building, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight 80–100% of the time during training.
• Willingness to relocate after successfully completing the training program.
