Solution Architect (Healthcare IT)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel of up to 20% is expected, with occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Provide expert solution knowledge and design healthcare workflows and implementations to achieve client goals.
• Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as the primary consultant for troubleshooting, solution consultation, escalation management, and knowledge transfer.
• Build and maintain client relationships while managing expectations and supporting successful project delivery.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on recommended methodology and implementation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical, and operational teams and present complex architecture concepts clearly.
• Ability to analyze complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
