Manager, Identity & Access Management Engineering (Hybrid) (IAM)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota campus; hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the office for associates within a 90-minute commute

Salary: $110,200–$203,500 base pay per year

What you will do

• Lead one or both IAM Engineering teams responsible for enterprise identity, access, authentication, privileged access, and certificate management platforms.
• Direct the engineering, integration, reliability, modernization, and lifecycle management of IAM platforms.
• Develop and mentor IAM engineers while providing technical direction to senior engineers and technical leads.
• Establish consistent practices for automation, infrastructure as code, source control, testing, documentation, peer review, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve platform resiliency, disaster recovery readiness, monitoring, service health, supportability, and cross-training.
• Partner with IAM Governance, IAM Operations, application teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading technical, cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, or platform engineering efforts or teams in a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of automation, source control, infrastructure as code, testing, cloud technologies, and reliable production support.
• Experience with enterprise IAM or security platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, Venafi, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS, and with SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Experience developing technical staff, managing competing engineering priorities, identifying technical risk, and working in regulated control environments.
