Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Work from home nationwide in the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in and reside in the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead architecture, technical design, and major implementation work for the Forecast and Harvest products.
• Build and ship end-to-end features across database, API, and Angular frontend layers.
• Develop AI-enabled product features in partnership with AI and technology organizations.
• Drive code review, testing, release practices, performance, and production quality.
• Translate business requirements into software with quality, clinical, and client-facing stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable reporting cycles and enhance existing functionality alongside new development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Deep, current server-side experience with C# and .NET.
• Angular and TypeScript experience, including component architecture and state management.
• SQL expertise covering schema design, query performance, and large relational healthcare datasets.
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and related platform services.
• Daily demonstrated use of generative AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, plus independent technical ownership and reliable remote work habits.

Nice to have

• Healthcare quality data experience, including HEDIS, NCQA measure specifications, or Star Ratings.
• Health plan or payer-side experience in quality reporting, care management, gap closure, or risk adjustment.
• Experience with FHIR, supplemental data feeds, PHI, and HIPAA.
• Experience building AI features involving retrieval, structured extraction, and model-output evaluation against ground truth.
