TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI) (TypeScript/Node.js/AWS): Building and deploying complex frontend and backend features for a modern legal-industry application with an accent on scalable TypeScript systems, REST APIs, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on designing end-to-end architecture, integrating AI-assisted development tools, and delivering production software directly with clients.

Location: Remote, based in Latin America

What you will do

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex frontend and backend features.
Build scalable applications with TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases.
Design responsive interfaces using Svelte, SvelteKit, or comparable technologies.
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, automated testing, CI/CD workflows, and Docker-based development environments.
Deploy and operate production applications using AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineering, and client stakeholders through technical discussions and product demonstrations.

Requirements

5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Expert-level TypeScript skills and strong server-side TypeScript and Node.js experience.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, SvelteKit, React, or Next.js.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
Experience with software testing, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS, and production architecture.
Practical experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, including understanding of their accuracy, security, reliability, and responsible-use limitations.

Nice to have

Experience with Svelte or SvelteKit.
Experience with AWS serverless technologies.
