Software Developer (Agentic AI)

Location: Hybrid from offices in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota. At least 3 days per week must be worked from an office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

What you will do

• Design and build responsive web applications for the iVUE Connect Financials solution.
• Develop RESTful web services using container-driven, Kubernetes-based microservices.
• Research, design, and implement features with cross-functional teams.
• Prototype intelligent agent-based features that improve user experience and automate workflows.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and software defects.
• Write unit and integration tests and follow established development methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Angular and TypeScript, or GWT and Java, or comparable object-oriented programming experience.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or Oracle and cloud technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Kafka, SSO, or Cassandra.
• Experience with responsive development, performance optimization, automated testing, Git workflows, and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience using agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Augment, JetBrains Junie, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with additional technologies including Spark, Databricks, .NET, SQL, or time-series databases.
