Sales Manager (Retail)

Salary: $14.75–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and location

What you will do

• Lead the in-store sales team and provide a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.
• Build expertise in children’s apparel and baby products, including styles, features, and benefits.
• Coach employees on service standards, omnichannel experiences, and sales performance.
• Act as Leader on Duty, drive assigned business initiatives, and resolve customer concerns.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty, and improve results.
• Support asset protection, safety awareness, operational controls, and performance recognition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, and web navigation tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and ladder use.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
• Ability to work onsite in Sunbury, Ohio.
